New Attitude

Sometimes I don't have a great attitude (no shock to those who know me). But today I was just determined to turn it around. It wasn't easy, the devil seems to know my weaknesses. Sometimes I get off to a bad start with Ella after she gets back from her Dad's. Sometimes I get really insecure. Sometimes I'm really tempted to spend lots of money. But I fought it hard today, with God's help. Every day has it's challenges. Why fret? Here's what I did: I called people, my favorite people. I got things done that needed to get done. I played songs to God. I asked Him to help me. And in the end it turned out to be a really great day. I don't know what is really significant about this post, or that it makes any sense. What I'm hoping is that someone out there who feels like throwing in the towel will read this and say...you know, God will get me through. He always has, He always will. And there are some really great people out there He'll send you to help you along the way. And no matter how big or small a problem, God listens when you call on Him and cares about every tiny detail.
