Coffee is crazy. I won't be drinking coffee again for awhile. I was sitting at the table trying to study nutrition and for awhile I was doing well. Somehow the Sleepless in Seattle soundtrack got me going or something. Then all of a sudden I got an idea for the speech I have to give next Monday in a class. I mean, I've been known to jump from topic to topic in conversation, but these thoughts were totally out of place. Anyway, it was actually kind of cool. I had been stressing about what to talk about and when I'd have time to work on that over the weekend. But now that I have my topic it will be easy. Now if I could just get that excited about studying iron. I mean, iron is exciting, don't get me wrong. I have a lot of interest in iron because I've had anemia so it is considerably more interesting to me than zinc, manganese, phosphorous and the like. But unfortunately learning about iron means learning about it's relationship to those other minerals. And yes, I've done it. Now I've started talking about nutrition which I try never to do. Sorry. So, maybe one of ya'll out there who's still awake and has experience with coffee can lend me a hand. What is the antidote to this dreadful stuff? I want to go to bed soon but fear I may never be able to get my eyes to close. Well, at least I won't have any excuses not to study my Bible and read Renovation of the heart.
I was also wondering if any of you know a great place to go learn about and possibly buy a turtle, tortoise, or bunny and all the stuff that goes with them. I haven't really ever bought a pet, and don't know where to start. If anyone is up for going with me to find it I'll probably go Friday morning so I'll have it to give to Eleanor at her party.
Back to iron.

I would go help you look, but I'm still debating on making the trip down. You could try looking in the paper first, or even on craigslist.org for your area or the ones surrounding it.
I know what phosphorous is used for! BONES!! or at least that's one of the things...
Hey, I found you here too! I'm not stalking... I promise. I wouldn't suggest getting a bunny. They are super cute, but really hard to take care of. They need a lot of attention regarding food and exercise. Plus they can be kind of fragile. I had one about 4 years ago, but unfortunately he died after 1 year. It still makes me sad. I've had my share of pets, and by far a bunny is the hardest to keep..at least in an apartment. If you have a back yard with no deadly plants and plenty of room to run, then a bunny would probably have a happy life. You can find some info at http://www.rabbit.org/care/

Thanks Jaye! It's great to hear from you. I am leaning more toward a tortoise or turtle these days. I do have a backyard though. Thanks for the advice guys. If not this weekend Raylene, then another weekend soon. Now worries :)
Rabbits aren't that hard. Ask Paul, his had three litters, and she lived forever, and we kept her in a hutch.
The next time I can come out won't be until the thirteenth...since I have to do the Pink Floyd Laser Show on the 20th...even though I don't want to...
